The Outdoor GreatRoom Company™ (OGC) hosted its fifth annual Outdoor GreatRoom Conference on Aug. 21-22 at their corporate headquarters in Burnsville, Minnesota. Staff, sales representatives, and some customers from across the U.S. and Canada were brought together for this two-day event.
A main focus of the conference was the release of the Crystal Fire® Plus burner technology to customers and a new program for commercial or contract use. Another highlight from the event included a Light the Night event featuring new products preview, sales and product training, and food trucks.
“We had outstanding feedback on all of the Crystal Fire® Plus technology and new SKUs that will be available later this fall and 2020,” Vice President of Sales Joey Shimek said. “The event created a lot of strong momentum going into the second half of the year and 2020.”
Other activities included presentations, round-table discussions, Lake Minnetonka boat cruise, and dinner.
“This is a great learning opportunity for all of us and the added bonus is having fun while working,” Vice President of Business Development Renee Schmitz said. “The event is a great reminder on how fortunate The Outdoor GreatRoom Company™ is to have such great customers.”
