I have been in the industry for the same amount of time (5 ¬Ω years). It's worth noting that I have been playing with fire for much longer than 5 ¬Ω years!
What is your overall experience/background?
I studied mechanical engineering at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. During that time I spent a little over a year and a half as an intern at OGC. After graduation I started full-time as an engineer here at OGC.
Memorable moment at OGC?
So far, my most memorable moment has been receiving a Vesta award at the HPBExpo in 2017 for our work on the Boreal Complete Heat Fire Table.
Why do you love working at OGC?
It is a different challenge every day and the people here are like a second family. There is also a lot of creativity and experimentation involved in our research and development that makes for lots of fun.
Favorite OGC Product?
My favorite OGC product is the Vintage series of fire pit tables.
What do you enjoy in your free time?
I enjoy going for bike rides, playing guitar, and spending time with my family.
